Important to realize that when this new system is being done it does not automatically claim the sovereingty. Even if it does become the majority it still does not automatically claim the sovereingty. Such decisions have to be taken rationally and strategically then. There happens to be a suitible body to decide what the claim of the new system is going to be: the national real-or-pseudo Government set up by this effort. If no claim of sovereingty is made, it is still left standing and maintained as a means of training it, establishing it further, to decide in the future to achieve sovereingty; it could either grow or shrink depending on its popularity.

This is part 1, probably make some more about how it approaches sovereingty and how a 'slow burn' revolution works too, and how a slow burn revolution interacts with a sudden revolution.

Explaining briefly why this military type resistance is not violence but prevents violence, prevents a badly organized and ill conceived strategy for an armed resistance against an open tyranny from happening by replacing that with somethnig that is professional, deliberate, highly structured, transparent, simple, honorable and non-political.

Because of this system, the force is being applied only to the degree necessary to establish the freedoms to split out into political differences again, and to debate and vote about all the content in a peaceful way.

Also gives a short overview of the 9 roads of revolution that are this system, of which this military system is only 1 road.

(If you didn't understand a word sounding like "Ghandi," that is it, Mahatma Ghandi, the non-violent way that worked against the Brittish Empire - in my opinion that worked because the Brittish falsely believed their Empire was an honorable one, but Ghandi proved them wrong. This does only work like that if the opression depends on the support of such misguided people... right ? Taking a serious beating before fighting back is always an excellent idea to show that we are the side of honor, but it is not necessarily enough in the end.)

  ^ Training under this system involves primarily self training and training by relatively small groups for the most part (say up to soldier-group/Sergeant sizes). Sometimes more such groups could combine into Companies, Battallions and Regiments to allow more extended real-world training (supplies, infrastructure, communication, and even play-war and maneuvres) for the Captains, Majors and Colonels, and the soldiers and subofficers for integration into larger units.

Once things are well understood that way, there is a good chance things will go well. For the Generals it is most likely relevant to study military history and theory, and the Generals have to be relatively intelligent people by themselves, and have a creativity and unpredictability for the enemy.

The training should also include experiencing the internal democratic system, for such purpose it might be useful to occaisionally combine into Divisions, which could set up such Divisions in a latent way (as a potential).

The training should primarily be done by soldiers and small groups themselves, as a way to keep their humanity intact and expand it. That gives them self-confidence and the strength, will and ability to stand up against their Officers if that is necessary.

Keep on switching the Sergeant, Corporal roles around quite a bit, so that the soldiers all have some experience with that too. The ones who really can't do it that will become evident then, but still they can learn a lot that way, things don't need to go perfect. The same may not be true for Lieutenants and higher, we need a skilled officer and generals class in my opinion. Strength (soldiers) and immediate 'soldiers tactics' is one half of the battle, the other half is intelligence, how to impart that strength, organize it and maintain it. For that reason all the Officers Lieutenant and higher (the lieutenants will then better understand the higher officers) should invest.

Note: the point that soldiers train themselves primarily was not yet part of the documentation in this system (iirc), but it is now ( http://www.law4.org/post/004/phalanx/... ).

I know how all this may sound cartoonesque or funny, or something out of a Jame Bond movie. But the reality of tyranny is no laughing matter, and what I am proposing here is not meant as a laughing matter either, it is meant to win without becoming itself the source of the problem. Secondly, in each movie/film there where of course some elements of truth embedded therein. That was fiction, this is reality. Let's hope that we don't need to actually fight, a goal that is all the nearer if our enemies know they would loose such a fight because of our superior organization, goals, will and masses.
