The matters of modern society can appear complicated. The laws needed for this society are to be carefully made. All law to be made with complete understanding of modern society. Things have become more difficult because people do not behave well. Like a boat on a still lake can be a simple boat, a boat that has to sail accross raging oceans must be precisely built and have many features to make it accross. Both the behavior of humanity, and the demands of modern farming, specialized production group living means something like the Great Binding Law of the Iriquios is no longer sufficient to solve all problems. The 7 warrior code may work, but not enough people keep it. Therefore I am proposing this law: http://www.socialism.nl/law This law flows from the principle of Justice to the principle of trading. Trade must be trade in effort, not power trading. There are 239 Constitutional laws, divided in 9 chapters in my proposal. A lot of beams for a choppy ocean, for a long and perhaps difficult journey. There are 4 dimensions in my law proposal: Democracy of state through council from the people up. The investment of money in specialized production groups is politically controlled to ensure good and not bad groups can grow and expand. The businesses hand over ownership to the people in the group, who become a council, when the original starter retires. The retired starter and leader is awarded a share of future profit for the company in thanks and to keep the old starter on as an informal advisor should that be helpful and to the liking of the old starter. The land is to be distributed, a share to each, and nature for all. It can be lend or hired out, or left to be, but it can not be sold. One can swap land ownership, but each will own the same amount. The land right is not a sovereign right, but a limited right to use overseen by the state council. My 239 beams law proposal is one possible form of these 4 dimensions. You can make a different law boat. If you honor these 4 dimensions, you should be able to manage a farming and group production society. If all held fast to the Warrior Code, these 4 dimensions would be fullfilled. A business leader would not crush "his" people. An investor would invest in the community, not in profit. A land owner would share that bounty with his fellow people and give it away in ownership. A state leader will sit with the people and listen to their voice, heading their advice and what they want to do. But look at the world. Where are the righteous men and women ? How long will this last ? What chance is there that the 7 law Warrior Code will find pleasure in the hearts of men ! * * * The time has come to move forward, to sweeten the taste of Justice in the mouth and ear of the white man. To make it easy for the white man to cuddle Justice in its arms like his own baby, just born. To make the blind white man see, and see how easy Justice can be.
