In theory there isn't a problem with either flag (the colors of the current flag of Israel are the same as the sovereign use of rank symbols in this system). People who can debate an issue reasonably, take a loss in a vote, not lie, not vote cliquesh or start clique wars, not steal: such people would be ideal to live in this constitutional model with an absolute state democracy, and democratized businesses.
I think it would be preferable to have a 'small and sweet' state under this law-model, mostly or exclusively with people who are very well suited for it, then to make it large and therefore maybe militarily and economically more powerful, but suffer instability if there are many people in it who really aren't too well suited for this model. To make it small and sweet means it will be a much more potent example of the model, show much more strongly how the model works with a well meaning people. Or to show what a well meaning honest people can achieve for themselves if having a good set of constitutional laws, so that other people might think: honesty may not be so bad after all, look what they got in return.
Small and sweet is best, but it then really be sweet. Really sweet.

More artistic combination maybe, where blue inside star and green inside star connects with the beam colors in the flag, and the red triangle hugs the DAVID star. Using colors of flags into DAVID star |

Using blue colors of DAVID star into flag, green of flag into DAVID star - the red colors turned out to be equal (a good sign, maybe?) |
The original flag images came from: stevesayskanpai.wordpress.com/2009/01/ www.enchantedlearning.com/asia/israel/flag/ (without looking at what these sites are about, this is neither an endorsement or rejection of these sites from this end.)
Fortunately the Palestinian flag has a green lower beam which can denote land, while the Israeli flag has a blue upper beam which can denote sky. That does combine well indeed, doesn't it. Then all we need is real democracy and (a minimum of) justice for everyone, to live between these two, the land and the sky; right ? Isn't it a good sign that these flags connect so beautifully like this ?
