Advice councils for stability

 In order to achieve strong national stability under the new system,
 a competent advice council (unstructured body) should be installed
 by the CC immediately, comprising several experts in
 - money systems, the physical infrastructure of money
 - Government system itself (www.socialism.nl)
 - Some or at least one person capable of advising on each of the
   3 elements specifically (DV, DI, DD).

 These people should have some intelligence.



 Advice from the older brothers
 ------------------------------

 It may be a good idea to establish a line to one of the North American
 native indian nations, their respected elders or clan mothers who are
 true to their traditions, for example through an ambasador relation or
 a relation through the advice council. They are our elder brothers, and
 may give us advice about the largest problems such as grand Government
 / economic destabilization. Obviously we could return their assistence
 in advice, by giving them something they would like; anything at all.
 The indians have a lot of experience with real democracy that the
 Westerners do not have, it seems logical that they could help.



 Information
 -----------

 The CC needs information about the nation and its problems. Presumably
 this can be provided through the other local / place / area / province
 councils, and agencies that already exist (such as police, infrastructure
 groups, etc).

 Correct information + practical good advice = stable policies that work.
