Economy: everyone their equal share of the natural resources in permanent ownership, investment in business activities is a power reserved for the state, and those it explicitly allows for their desired end results in the markets. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ (3) State: (see above, and): When these councils grow very large they divide themselves into many sections of spokespersons, each section sends in one spokesperson for their section to form a council with other such designated delegates. This process never occurs again by these twice elected delegates, but all size concerns are absorbed on that first level. The people retain the ultimate power through direct voting on an issue, the non-votes are filled in by these delegates. A special committee is elected in the whole nation by the People directly, they decide by majority vote on a new general election date. The oldest of this committee rules the nation for maximum one year directly if the councils continue to be chaotic, after that year the council rule returns and this committee is elected fresh. The oldest of this committee studies the Constitution of the nation, and having done so has the immediate and complete access to all Government and company quarters and records without exception and without delay. The powers of army, police, judiciary, Government, inspection and election date setting are separated. The well trained judges speak justice in public, lawyer assisted, trial, suspects are innocent until proven guilty. Rule of law (rather then men). Freedom of speech and assembly are fundamental, no political parties or opinions are outlawed. Economy: businesses are stimulated to become democracies. The economy finds its own way through free trade. The nation fixes a wealth-maximum for individuals and companies. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ * Summaries of implementation ways increasing size: * ------------------------------------------------------------------------ (a) Through debate and independent minority organizations. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ (b) There are 8 schemes of increasing intensity: 0: saying the truth, science 1: buying fair trade 2: funds that make businesses democratic 3: minority political parties 4: erecting the new Government, first sub-sovereign [warning] 5: (para)military uprising to defend free speech & free assembly 6: military conquest & voting a new nation into sovereignty 7: small independent cell resistance 8: individual ambush ------------------------------------------------------------------------ (c) 0: saying the truth, science This method ranges from winning the scientific debate, to pressing out propaganda in volume. 1: buying fair trade Rewarding companies for a certain social plus they represent. 2: funds that make businesses democratic In exchange for credit a company promises they will democratize if they have more then 10 full time employees once the original starters leave the company. 3: minority political parties Many political parties are to be set up, each only organizing a minority of the movement/people, and they play internally the desired rules making them absolutely democratic. 4: erecting the new Government, first sub-sovereign Doing the spokespersons/council system with who wants, on a size scale that can cover the whole nation, but only claim sovereignty if the mass of the people is in it. [warning] The following schemes are only for those who understand the peaceful ways, please study those first before continuing. 5: (para)military uprising to defend free speech & free assembly This is organizing complete conventional and seriously trained armies with a complete set of ranks (soldier, corporal, sergeant ... brigade general ... General ...). Ideally they have a full complement of weaponry. They are to secure mentioned rights by military force: securing the freedoms we want for ourselves by establishing them for our enemies. These armies can have a so-called 'purple brigade' capability, which is a force specialized in temporary emergency Government. These purple brigades handle emergency supplies to the people and attempt to set up the kind of Government that the people want, or a DAVID-239+ Government by default. The purple brigades are only in action for a maximum of 3 month in this role, after which they by definition retreat from power (or must be pressed out by force.) They can remain as advisors if so asked by the new Government. Risk noted (see schemes 4-5 for mass countermeasures). 6: military conquest & voting a new nation into sovereignty As a last resort: armies conquest territory, and then engage in the laws of the proposed Constitution for new territory. This means effectively over 2 decades there will be several referendums to establish the will in the area to form a new sovereign nation. Both armies and natives vote equally. 7: small independent cell resistance Small groups of 5 doing undefined activities during a tyrannical crack-down that makes scheme-5 uprising impossible. These groups are self-governing, keep exposure to other groups out or at an absolute minimum, need to know. 8: individual ambush One person ambush on the tyranny in the mind only, optionally storing materials for the right moment to rise up in more effective ways. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ In case you are wondering: no, this is not a joke, and no, this is not a training exercise, and no, this is not some freewheeling blabla for the fun of it. These are system(s) that we are going to do, it will work. How can I write 50 Megabytes of zipped archives full about this ? Shouldn't this summary be enough by itself ? I agree: this summary should be enough by itself, apply some common sense and it should work already. There is a hierarchy of ideas in this system: some things are essential, others important, yet others mere helpful, and other things completely arbitrary. The less high up in the hierarchy of importance in the system, the less catastrophic a mistake will end up being. Example: choosing between dictatorship or democracy is essential, choosing the form of that democracy is important, crafting a set of good laws and habbits is helpful, if there are to be symbols for different tasks deciding which ones is (relatively) arbitrary. This being a summary it for example lists what I'd considder essential, and the largest summary listed things that I'd think are important. Summary number 1 and a listed both what is implementation essential, but not yet the intention of it. The intention, the goal of goals, of it is trying to create more happyness on Earth, mostly by counteracting the causes of suffering (economic exploitation (under-priced labor) and violence). Systemization: -------------- This system has one principle (power distribution is needed for trade, trade), and 4 goals D.A.V.I.D. (Democratic Authorities, Ventures, Investments, Demarcation); and it has implementation schemes 0 to 8. The first D is a prefix to the next 4 goals. Document category '2-o' or '3-o': immediately clear what it is and isn't. These designations can be used for opinion expression (mass democracy) and all manner of things. Systemization is a form of discipline, causing things not not spiral out of control into chaos, and can also mark things for using this system or not. When one party trades a proposal with another over something, that is 3-o and not t-o; border tarrifs, prices and mortgages are t-o and not i-o (i-o is for political business investment not regular economic trade proceedings, that's why it is one of the major issues); investment fund amount and their books is i-o but borders on one aspect of a-o, while referendum activities are a-o and not i-o; asking for a referendum by several parties is 3-o, especially if no DAVID-239 system is being used in that nation (regular party business), while when that happens it becomes a-o; a private social investment fund is 2-o and not i-o, but it brushes i-o when there are permits involved, and becomes i-o when it is taken over by the state. Litterature dessiminated by a political party is 3-o engaging into 0-o, the effort on the spot is 0-o but the organization is 3-o; but the real 3-o effort is political power organization and getting on ballots and into power. Secretly stashing material might be called 8-o. I suppose at times things overlap because people can do different things at different moments. (Using 9-o (t), 10-o (a), 11-o (v), 12-o (i), 13-o (d) designation is recognizable if numerical is preferred.) Separation of powers (checks & balances, countervailing powers) --------------------------------------------------------------- The above systemization can be useful during (hectic) change procedures. The below are the general countervailing forces in established society in this system (when quickly categorizing a political effort from an armed struggle may not be necessary). Below systemization can be of use against the slow creep of corruption, like a checklist to keep an eye on from time to time (? whatever you want of course). I guess the above systemizations and power that a functional revolution theory gives is covered also in this under 'revolution (theory)', because a strong potential to rise up effectively works as a continuing countervailing force against corruption. The below comprise 32 `separation of power` or `checks and balances,` divided into the 3 platonic bodies that are comprised of triangles. The smallest is general revolution and total change, the middle is the economy, and the largest (most separated that is) is the state. These three bodies are also balancing each other in a greater sense. Not all facets are completely separate and independent though many are, but are nevertheless listed because they act as a countervailing force to something else (for example the sub-councils are not independent of the councils themselves, but are a countervailing force against demagoguery, elitism in general, and arm twisting in the councils, against individual delegates that is; the appeal court is not completely independent of the general court system, but a countervailing force against the factual court; on the other hand the political parties are independent of the council system and the electoral committee is independent from the councils, while being mostly independent from the head of state, who is not independent from the sovereign inspector (same person no less), but both are separate countervailing forces against other issues ... and so on.) In general the system is potentially pretty close to this system in general if these 32 facets are in good order (or cast their shadow of use ahead). When corruption creeps in, maybe it can help to first do a checklist on these, see if that leads to any obvious diagnosis / solutions (someone might be able to make a better system for this, but this seems to cover a lot already at least).
