I'd have to agree, and Mao's line.
Even so, was Mao, Lenin, Pol pot, where they worse then the feudal
Tirants they replaced ? At worst, weren't they more of the same ?
How much suffering have the feudal lords caused in the world ?
What where they to do, lie on their belly and receive another millenia
of abuse ? How many tirants have you overthrown lately, Rod Speed ?

We have to judge what is being done relative to what it replaces,
and sometimes it may be necessary to launch bloody civil wars to
destroy a parasitic class of people for revenge and to allow a chance
for the future. To disrupt the stranglehold some class may have over a
nation. You call the CP of China autocratic and bad ? Maybe so, but
does that mean you'd prefer to go back to the rule of the Emperors ?
