Converting to D.A.V.I.D.-ism (Democratic Authorities, - Ventures, - Investments and - Demarcations) or DAVIDism 239 (the proposed legal system that is a worked out D.A.V.I.D.-ism system, therefore more extensive to understand), requires knowledge of economics and a certain dedication against tirany and for justice and so on, peace. To acquire this knowledge, either one has to study if one is not really that much of a brain, or one simply has to read to know what it is about and then think about the arguments given and wonder whether this could be correct. If you think it is right after study, you could call yourselve sympathetic to a DAVID system in general, or a DAVID 239 system in particular, or a DAVID 239+ system where the '+' stands for all the traditions, policy suggestions, software, basically the whole thing besides maybe a few minor mistakes it could still have of course (it only being the product of humans). Once you are a sympathizer, you could also attempt to do something to work towards a DAVID (239(+)) system, at which point you'd be a proponent, adherent, etc. That kind of is where it ends to convert to D.A.V.I.D.-ism (239(+)). It is much easier to be a DAVIDist 239+ if your nation is persuing this model already, because then all your activities that are legal would be in line with that model and thus live it and make it real, a way of promoting it (passively). To not be DAVIDist (239(+)) is to become criminal in your nation. But the sweet way is imply to oppose it on argument, this is absolutely not illegal and is welcomed as political diversity, and in the interest of improving the system and part of petitioning for a grievance to society at large. You can not become DAVIDist (239(+)) by simply reciting that you want to promote this, since then you don't know what it is, and more importantly (assuming that in the Islam you'd also have to know before you can pledge adherence?), there is no such 'pledge, oath, promise, agreement' of any such kind. Either you agree at that moment and that's fine and more then enough, or you quit agreeing at some point and that too is fine (still means you have to follow the law of the land though, if that law is at least 'righteous' enough to warrant not resisting, imho). Therefore there really isn't those who are DAVID-ist 239+ and who aren't. Most people would probably subscribe to some DAVIDist ideas, some to more and some to yet more, it is a gliding scale. People who reject it completely would have to be in favor of a world wide global tirany plan-economy causing heavy oppression, all resources under direct imperial state control. That seems to be the only ideological direction with which DAVIDism shares very little indeed. In Islam they say Muhammed is the last prophet, therefore the currently ruling one. This is no longer true: I'm the person saying this DAVIDist 239+ model is better then Islam, better then jezuscultism, better then neo-Romanism, better then marxism and anarchism, beter then social democracy; it is the Torah again, Torah^2 if you will. I'm later then Muhammed, moshiach lo melech of the Torah, therefore my work should rule the day according to the idea 'the last prophet rules' (though I'm not a prophet, hope we can overlook that technicality ?) ;). Torah has anti-rent seeking law, as does Islam. Torah has land-distribution, never heard Islam about this (is that true?). Torah could not deliver a state system because the jews rebelled with their kings and golden calf and idols. Islam neither has much in the way of democracy (neither do the greeks with their easily corrupted factions model). DAVIDism 239+ has both anti-rent seeking law, land distribution, and absolute real state democracy, and law to cause peace between nations (what Islam also attempted, but thusfar worldwide at least not managed to succeed at, I guess it was a step too far (at the time??)). Torah has anti-idolatry law and practice, like Islam, although Islam has gone too far with Muhammed making him infallible, thus an idol no ? DAVIDism 239+ is also against idolatry, because it kills democracy. -- ,,,,,,, ,,, http://www.socialism.nl ___/_/////////_//////,. \\\\ \\\\\\\\\ \\\` The Good Feather ASCII Ribbon campaign for ```````` ` decent Usenet discourse & etiquette.
