I want absolute democracy, a de-militarized nation, and I don't want the world going to hell because much of the world chooses to live under ignorant capitalist pseudo-democratic laws. It is true that we are no longer 'tribal' these days, where tribal can mean: - Everyone knows each other in an area that is sovereign and economically independent for itself, - It can mean the tribe travels around not allowing complicated trades to develop, or the problems of land ownership and money. These days are not anymore, the number of people makes it impossible to live by knowing each other, and the problems of fixed living places have to be solved, traveling around all the time is impossible. So ? If you think therefore we have to suffer under tyranny you are making a big mistake. It is all a matter of law, many different laws are possible. The Bhutan king distributed the land to the peasants ? Just so did Israel distribute the land and kept it so (without a king). Makes perfect sense, doesn't matter one bit whether society is tribal or not. Same for the state system: you may not have it work very well when you base it on elders of a village when you're talking about 1 million in one city, but there are other ways in which to form a much more true democracy then you see now in the Roman system. The idea I want to go use is that people group per 50, only when they want to, of their own choosing 50 but most of the time it's best to use geography a bit. These choose a representative, and from these representatives the entire state decision making system is build up, combined with direct voting by the people having the highest power. If everything should always remain the same as is given, then we will still be monkeys, we wouldn't have fire, and the indians would still be ruled by absolute tyranny and mutual warfare between every tribe, every tipi and within each native home (that's what I read about native history at least). The change toward a true system is not impossible because we are no longer tribal, it is never more needed then now because we are no longer tribal but high technological. Either peace now, or all will go to hell soon. Choose.
