You can also use the profit you have to buy/own land, and then distribute that as a use-right in equal parts to the co-op members. If you have little land and many members you could or example start giving the oldest members or longest part of it a plot of land first. But it may be better not to give up ownership, keep it in the distributive system. All you then need is a new Government system of some democratic kind, right ? Maybe start to think about some general state laws that could work, because evidently something is wrong with the laws attempted so far ? The will of the people isn't really done, is it. The possibilities are no doubt endless. Cook something up and try it ! By the way, remember where the term Soviet came from ? The Russians did this during the red revolution back then. But it was corrupted, however the name 'soviet' stuck (for PR reasons I guess). It was corrupted probably at least in part because of marxism, which teaches the plan-economy (big mistake). The soviet union wasn't ruled by the Soviet, but by the party, fwik. It was neither socialist, I guess; too much opression and tyranny going on, hardly an open democracy. --
