Every city or larger village having its own arms production, machine guns and what they want, because that distributes power and prevents an easy enemy attack on a weapons manufacturing plant. It is also easier to hide smaller weapons factories, and to destroy / relocate them if the enemy is nearing. For this purpose one would probably want a simple gun that is still effective, and that probably is still the AK-47 as a basic weapon (reliable and simple). Using the same basic weapon all over means the bullets and guns are interchangeable accross all armies, because troops are likely (unfortunately) to only be mildly trained the AK-47 being simple suits that. Then on top of that all other kinds of weapons, from heavy machine guns to sniper rifles and anti aircraft or even anti-satalite rockets and so on (for example manufactured in larger cities with sufficient man power and stuff for it). Mere common sense, isn't it. * Don't like war ? Then how about nationalizing finance and democratizing the businesses now ? All we have to do is understand the (subtle) truth, organize some political parties in full daylight and march to victory with nothing more then a pen in our hands (that scheme is already worked out to a full set of details http://www.socialism.nl/party ), and there are still 2 more schemes that lead to victory. All these schemes are to be done concurrently if military mobilization has to take place, but if we can win without military mobilization then only the peaceful 4 schemes, right ? If we can and will win that way why even bother with the guns. That time is still now, it may be a good time to write a military strategy, but there is still time to just win through 100% peaceful means (scheme 1 'buy/sell fair trade,' scheme 2 'set up and fund demorcatic businesses' http://www.socialism.nl/fund scheme 3 'set up political parties to win the vote' http://www.socialism.nl/party scheme 4 'construct new government within the old' http://www.socialism.nl/sheet4.txt ) These are all peaceful. Then there is now a scheme 5 which is military. Doing a scheme 5 is the highest level of force (you'll note these schemes increase in force). Naturally when you are using a higher level of force, you are already using the lower levels too, but if you use the mild force you are not using the higher force yet. Hence a military mobilization implies all the other schemes to be active, at least I'd warmly recommend that, right ? I said often enough I won't rule this, so I won't bother saying that again, right ? It is merely objective planning and strategy, comments and corrections much appreciated. -- http://www.socialism.nl
