Vote in secret (encryption)

E-mail ballots (attachments) containing the vote-code can be encrypted and decrypted using any command-line, configurable on a per-voter basis. Other ballot communication channels have not yet been implemented (May 2006). The web-voting solution will be analogues to the e-mail solution (distributed encryption). Some preliminary design on a telephone-voting solution (asterisk). Letter-voting has some rudimentary hooks in the program (printing vote-codes in a spaces-dot format). It is hopefully a matter of time until these things are ready.
